I do not have any professional experience in dog sitting/grooming but I have always loved to walk my dogs, growing up I had small dogs that were not good at all on the leash when we adopted them now the dogs are very comfortable on their leash and are properly leash trained. I also had a neighbour that I used to walk their two dogs 3 times a week while I was in school
