I had a purebreed black lab who had servere medical conditions all her life. (2 knee replacements, allergies, arthritis, liver dysfunction, Tumor. We were frequent visitors at the vet. I had her in weekly rehab swims at local dog pool, hired a dog walker while I was at work. Medications x 2 day. Made my own dog food as she had servere food allergies. I hired over night sitter if I went away. She also attended doggie day care. I gave her the best years of her life with medical bills monthly. She has no passed away. If I do this much for my dog, I will treat yours the same with love and care as if was my own. I will not be getting another dog as the heart ache is still too fresh.
