Crystal has been an outstanding support to our family with her excellent care of an elderly family member who has chosen to live in his home alone rather than move to an assisted living residence. She is kind and very understanding but at the same time she very capably manages any difficult situations that occasionally arise. She is energetic and resourceful. The hours she devotes to him are much appreciated. We count on her and she has always delivered!
