Hi there! My names Cara, I'm a 23 year old student. I love raising, training and caring for all types of animals. I have trained three dogs from puppyhood, two still thriving with my parents and one who lived a long life and died of old age. In my time in Vancouver I have fostered two dogs, one Pitbull with aggression issues, and one Pitbull Mastiff with aggression issues. Both were substantial cases, however I was able to help train them while in my care, and give one the suitable medication (including daily pills, daily ointment and weekly medicated baths) for her yeast infections. After these two fostered I decide I was ready for my own pet, and adopted my angel child - Rosie. She had severe trauma from being a street dog, it took almost a year of hard work and training to relieve her of her fear of men and general fear of the unknown and loud noises. I would love to lend my experience to help others where I can, whether that be dog sitting, walking around Queen Elizabeth, or puppy training.
