I believe the bond we make with our animal friends is as deep, loving and important to who we are as people as the bonds with make with human friends. I love critters of every size and species! I've lived with cats ever since I was 6 years old - that's nearly 30 years! My partner and I currently have two black cats that we adopted from a shelter about 3 years ago when they were 9 months old. I have experience caring for other peoples' pets - including the administration of medication (pills, needles, topical treatments). Professionally, I provide home-care services under my company name Celandine Services, and that sometimes includes overnight or drop-in pet care when clients are out of town, as well as regular dog-walking when I visit their homes. I survived University with a rabbit companion, 'Scrambles', and actively volunteer with a rabbit rescue/shelter/rehome organization. Sitting beside me now is my aquatic buddy: Dexter the nerite snail. In essence - I'm here offering pet care services because I have a passion for animals and get so much out of providing them with love and care!
