Animals love me! Working with children & clients over the years teaches you patience and adaptability. You have to learn what works for your student and client. I've ran a program w 10 toddlers that could not yet speak and learned how to communicate with them and understand their feelings & needs and identify learning opportunities. Alot of my experience involves learning through play and implementing activities / subject matter to engage my students and or clients. I'm hoping to transfer my skills to the pet sitting industry to one day be able to work from home as a pet day care / boarder. I have had a dog all my life up until 4 years ago when I received a cat after my dogs passed away of old age. I know how to care for dogs from pups to elder ages. Dogs provide so much joy. Due to the fact that I live in an apartment I would love to have a smaller sized one around to take care of.
