I am presently employed in a high end resort as the Head Housekeeper. I am part of hiring and training. Part of my job is to check each cottage (full size homes) before guest checked in and tend to any needs that arise for the guests. I have worked in the home of a retired opera star. She has a staff of six, year round. So I can work with others and take the initiative to complete tasks on my own. This job was very demanding and requires following lists, direction, and independent work. Meticulous laundry care is a must, along with attention paid to her 3 pets. Dusting, vacuuming, kitchens, washrooms are daily duties. There are daily, weekly and monthly cleaning duties that are to be completed on time and reports filled out. Projects were to be quickly executed when asked. Critical use of memory is important. I have quick typing and note taking skills. I can use Word and Outlook. I also have worked cleaning cottages and many private homes and cleaned for local contractors. I bring with me glowing references from current and past clients.
