I'm a very friendly, cooperative person and have been the main housekeeper where I've lived for many years as I've never minded doing chores. I've learned to be very efficient while keeping a strong eye for detail and it's very hard to gross me out. My hourly rate is negotiable depending on what you'd like me to do although due to the fact that I work very efficiently it should be noted that it'll likely take me less time than other people.
