I have Over 10 years cleaning/ household support experience . At the present I do, cleaning ,laundry , grocery shopping , meal prep, cooking ,to and from appointments, decluttering, organizing , moving help etc. Previous I was a personal trainer for 8 yrs , I am physically fit and very active , which is why I love this job .
