Residential services : Basic clean Beyond clean Complete clean Move in/out service Commercial services for studios, gyms & rental properties,. Rates, For a Basic Clean service we charge $70 for the first 3 hr of cleaning & $15/hr for each additional hr. $80 for the first 3 hrs of a Beyond Clean service with each additional hr of service at $20/hr. $90 for the first 3 hr of a Complete Clean service & $25 for each additional hr. Move in/move out cleaning services are $ 25/hr for spaces under 1500 sq ft & $ 30/hr for spaces over 1500 sq ft at a minimum 4 hr booking. Commercial rates are $ 28/hr for spaces under 1500 sq ft with a 4 hr minimum booking & $20/hr for each additional hr. $30 hr for spaces over 1500 sq ft with a 5 hr minimum booking & $25/hr for each additional hr of service. Party clean up rates are $ 30/hr & $34/hr, based on sq ft of space and $25 for each additional hr. All services include eco friendly cleaners.
