JS Cleaning is an individual company with 10 years experience in residential, commercial, post renovation, and post construction. I offer a wide range of services such as: - regular weekly/ biweekly/ monthly. - deep clean/ spring cleaning. - move in. - move out. - post renovation. - commercial; office, bar, restaurant, etc. - post construction. - organizing and decluttering. And everything in between on the interior of the building, except for laundry, bedding and animal waste (pets and rodents). I also do not offer carpet cleaning or exterior cleaning. I charge $25/hr with a 2 hour minimum. I supply all products and equipment, and willing to supply any additional products clients requests I use. All products are kid, pet and environmentally friendly. I am COVID safe as well and will wear mask if required. I understand in these difficult times that some people work from home and I am comfortable cleaning while the client is present. I am also comfortable with animals. I have excellent references, available upon request. As well as a clean criminal record.
