To whom this may concern, My name is Jessica , I am currently looking to expand my knowledge and skills of cleaning. I worked as a massage therapy manager for 5 years. What I did on the job I would do house keeping (wash floors changes beds, clean dishes, make sure everything is wiped down and sterilized, made sure all the beds where changed, and laundry was all cleaned and folded and put away. I also did paper work (patients files), was able to do book keeping, patient scheduling, therapist schedules, payments to insurance companies and cash payments. I have a lot of customer service experience, I believe in the “doctor patient confidentiality agreement”. I believe that I am able to take on anything that is thrown at me because then I can just easily be able to wipe/clean up the mess and keep on going until the job is accomplished.
