I was employed at a retirement home in the kitchen department; before I started, the cleaning motivation at the workplace was very poor. I came up with plans in order to stay on top of tasks and added new tasks that weren’t originally on the list such as (fridges, ice machines, juice dispensers, etc.) I clean things at home my mother doesn’t know how to like the AC, fire pit, mold and bacteria buildup in the home, etc. The maintenance staff was very short at the manor so when I would be visiting a resident in their room, I would help them out with whatever they needed (picking things up from the ground, making their bed, setting up their TV/streaming, etc.) I may not have a lot of experience with business’ but I am motivated and dedicated to learn and be the perfect fit to your team!
