I grew up in a large family, and around large families, so I have a lot of experience with children from that. I also have some some respite and worked in a daycare for a period of time. I love working with kids, and would love to work with a smaller amount so I can focus on them and their needs more, and then I can get to know them more than if I were working with a bigger group.
