I currently work as an Indigenous Support Worker for the NVSD44 and have for 8 years. I graduated from the Educational Assistants Program at Capilano University in 2014. I have babysat, had many Nanny jobs and have looked after siblings, cousins, neighbours children etc from a very early age. Working for the School District, I teach Grades K-7 so I am very comfortable, adaptable and fun with all ages! I will be able to support and entertains children with all the legends, strategies, games, crafts, nature/the land etc I am knowledgeable with. I have my First Aid, NVCI Training and A.S.I.S.T Training. I am looking to get some cash work during the summer! Growing up in North Vancouver, I am very knowledgeable and aware in the outdoors and know the North Vancouver/Squamish mountains like that back of my hand.
