Hello! I’m Susmita, and I am passionate about childcare and building meaningful connections with children. I have extensive experience working as an Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) in kindergartens in Nepal, where I honed my skills in nurturing and supporting young minds. Since moving to Canada, I’ve had the privilege of working with various families, further expanding my expertise and continuing my journey in childcare. Currently, I work part-time as a caregiver, where I assist with school pick-ups, activities like dance practice, meal preparation, and more.
