I have always lived being around children since I was a kid. I have been doing everything to help since little but have had lots of repeated experience the last 7 years. I babysit and have been leader of a youthgroup. I've also done professional cleaning as a job, so almost anytime I've babysat I clean to help if they need it. I can do everything from diapers and food to homeworks and baths and putting them to sleep. Laundry and all that goes with it is fine too.
