Thank you for taking the time to view my profile! My name is Siobhan. I am an elementary teacher in the Surrey School District looking for summer work. I have my Bachelor of Education, minor in environmental education (SFU) and a Bachelor of Music Education (Western University). I am responsible, open-minded, understanding and enthusiastic. I have lots of experience in childcare, starting with my most recent position as a preschool, children's, and youth instructor for the City of Surrey. I have also been a full-time, live-in and live-out nanny for multiple families with children, toddlers, and newborns. I also have been babysitting for multiple families since 2010. Other childcare related jobs I have had are a camp leader position, a volunteer at my local library reading with kids, and I have been a pianist/accompanist for a children's choir for 4 years. This job requires that I think on my feet, improvise and entertain. I am super passionate about working with children and can't imagine doing anything else!
