I have over 20 year's of experience supporting elementary aged children in school settings. I have extensive experience with behavioral management and utilize positive reinforcement and reward systems to assist children in learning the skills to manage their ever changing needs. I myself am a mother of 2 boys. My eldest is diagnosed with Autism thus, I have learned the fine art of patience when working with children; especially those with special needs. I bring many different techniques and approaches when assisting children with academics, emotions and the many daily challenges they face.
