Hi! My name is Selina, and I am a university student who has completed her first 3 years of her undergrad degree. I am a previous City of Toronto employee, meaning I have been through rigorous training, have passed a police background check, and have completed my CPR-C (which has since expired but unfortunately at this time I cannot renew it due to the pandemic, I have however watched videos to review course material). I have not only worked with children during city programs as a rink supervisor, but have also gained significant experience while looking after 3 children between the ages of 3 and 9 on a full time basis. I was also a full time nanny in 2017 of a two and five year old. I have also tutored elementary and middle school students, as well as students in my university courses. I have also cared for seniors on a part time basis. I enjoy planning activities and acting as a mentor. I love being around children and becoming a positive influence in their lives, and I love creating fun and safe environments within which the children I look after can learn, play and grow.
