Hi there! My name is Sedona. I'm a 22 year old adventurous soul looking for a nanny job in the Comox Valley! I've spent the last few years going to NIC for the Adventure Guiding Certificate program where I became a certified sea kayak guide and white water rafting guide. After that (last summer) I worked as a sea kayak guide which only propelled my vast adoration of the outdoors and the ocean. After my season guiding on the ocean, my partner and I move to New Zealand and lived in a van for 8 months! It was the most exciting, risky and rewarding experience of my life (so far). Now I'm looking for a nanny job! As for my nanny experience, I have tons! I've been caring for many different types of children for over 10 years. I grew up in a foster home (my parents are foster parents) and was often taking care of children in the foster care system including infants, toddlers, multiple children, twins, and disabled children. I also worked as a nanny (a few years ago) for a family with a 5 year old boy for 7 months and loved it! I am a twin, I have twin 6 year old brothers who my parents recently adopted, 3 nieces and 2 nephews. Child care is my forte!
