I am trained to implement therapy with children with Autism Spectrum disorder, I have been a Behaviour Interventionist for the past couple of years. I have lots of experience with children of all ages, but mostly preschool age and special needs. I am extremely understanding and patient. With my previous job experiences, I have had to work with children with aggression and behaviour issues, non-verbal, issues with speech pronunciation, decreased social play interactions with others. I also have lots of experience with babysitting (as well as taking a babysitting course) growing up alongside 3 younger siblings, taking care of clients children, friends children and playing with children in a daycare setting of average development. I have my own vehicle and a valid drivers license and clear criminal record (I am able to provide a criminal record check). I have worked in a daycare with children of a variety of ages. I am First Aid and CPR certified. I am more than happy to do crafts, reading, and outings (such as nature walks, beaches, parks, ice cream etc). I am also pet friendly and am willing to clean and cook!
