Hi there! I'm Sami and I am 18 years old. I am a very compassionate and responsible individual that has a passion for kids. I have had various babysitting jobs throughout my teenage years and I am now looking for a full-time nanny position. While in high school I took advantage of the opportunity to enroll in the health care courses available and also completed the Perri-med First Aid/CPR course hosted within the course. I am a very creative person and love combining crafts into looking after children. In addition, I have a background in recreational therapy obtained through a COOP position at a retirement home. There I conducted group activities, learned how to quickly develop strong relationships with residents, and assisted with carrying out events. This experience would help me to bond with the child(ren) quickly and ensure that they feel comfortable with me as well as to entertain them. While caring for the child(ren), I am able to assist with some cleaning duties such as laundry, washing dishes, organization, etc. I pay close attention to detail and always hope to leave the house in better condition than when I arrive.
