I have always worked with kids in some capacity - as an after school care provider, camp counsellor, babysitter, in sports settings, music lessons - and the work has always been more rewarding than I am truly able to articulate. Over the years I have exercised and honed in on my strengths when working with kids in order to be the most effective care provider I can be. My compassion, creativity, energy and enthusiasm, leadership, and reliability have allowed me to create an environment when working with kids that promotes the development of their emotional, social, and intellectual potential. I have a passion for youth development and can ensure that I will bring my sense of humour, keen sense of fun, and deep appreciation for the physical and emotional safety of those around me with me to any and every job.
