Hi! My name is Rikka. I’m a full time accountant and a part time student at BCIT looking to earn extra income to help fund my future travel plans as well as my education fund to complete my MBA abroad so I can teach financial management in the future. When I was completing my diploma in Accounting at BCIT, I founded a youth empowerment project called RISE which aimed to educate youth between the ages of 13-19 years old across the Lower Mainland on topics involving financial management, business communication and etiquette as well as basic “adulting” skills. I also have experience in babysitting for family friends for children between the ages of 5-10 and I genuinely love spending times with kids. I am fun, energetic and passionate about helping young children develop academic skills as well as social skills needed to succeed in today’s world. I am an amazing listener and always looking into different creative ways to learn and teach different subjects to anyone who needs help! I’m always willing to lend a helping hand whenever possible.
