I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator. I graduated from Fanshawe College in the Early Childhood Education program, and the Autism and Behavioural Science program in 2017. I have been working in a childcare setting since 2014 with the experience of working with infants, toddlers, preschool, and school-age. I have occasional nanny-like experience working for a family with a child who has Autism for the duration of 5+ years including travelling and overnights. From working in a childcare environment I have gained the ability to create meaningful and trusting relationships with families and the children in my care. I support children in daily routines such as preparing nutritional snacks/meals, sleeping, diapering/toileting and learning through play. I can plan indoor and outdoor age-appropriate activities based on the interests of the children to extend their learning. I have a valid CPR & First-Aid certificate, and a current Criminal Reference Check upon request. I have a Class G driver's license with the use of my own vehicle. I am currently working full-time in a childcare centre, but looking to expand my career opportunities. I look forward to hearing from you!
