Hello! My name is Raissa, I am 21 years old and attend university in Calgary but am looking to provide childcare throughout the summer! I have 2 years of experience as a camp counsellor with Kids Cancer Care. I also have been a lifeguard for 5 years and have been responsible for teaching swimming lessons. I am very comfortable helping your children with school work, I am going into my fourth year of university in a Bachelor of Science and have been a peer tutor as well as a tutor with Peak Tutors in Calgary. I also have experience working with children with severe disabilities such as with an special needs orphanage in Ecuador for a month and with children affected by cancer and so would feel comfortable working with a child with special needs!
