Rachel has been a nanny to my girls, ages 1.5 and 3.5, for the past 4 months and she does an amazing job. She has infinite patience, imagination, and conscienciousness. She is proactive about working on new skills with them, anticipating their needs, and helping around the house without being asked the rare time she has a spare moment. I was reluctant to return to work if I had to leave my kids at a daycare, but I was so glad to glad to have found Rachel who I trust them with completely. My girls love her!
