Hello, I'm a Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) graduate who is now studying Psychology at the University of British Columbia. I hope to pursue medical school and become a Pediatrician. Since graduating from VCU, I was offered a position in a Child & Family Developmental Psychology Research Lab where I worked on a developmental study with children with asthma and cancer. I have a lot of experience working with kids through babysitting over the years, looking after my younger cousins, being a summer camp counselor, working at a toy store, working at a baby store and numerous others. It is my goal to become a pediatrician once I complete medical school because I have always wanted to be a doctor for as long as I can remember and I can't imagine not working with children and families in my future. > People say I'm a kind, dependable and mature person, yet I can still get silly with kids and have some fun! Since I just adore kids, am good with them and am totally still one at heart I would love to look after and spend time with some during my free time.
