As a dedicated childcare worker and Instructor Therapist, I have a strong passion for working with children and a deep understanding of their needs and development. In University I studied Psychology focusing my interests on childhood development leading to my experience as a full time Nanny and instructor therapist, these roles have equipped me with the ability to create and implement customized programs for children with a range of developmental needs. I have a thorough understanding of the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment for children, and have developed effective strategies for managing behaviour and promoting positive social interactions. I have a deep sense of empathy and compassion in my work with children. I understand the importance of building strong relationships with children and their families, and are committed to creating a warm and welcoming environment that fosters growth and development.
