Hello there! My name is Olivia, I'm 26 and am looking to support a family full or part time in Halifax. I have over eight years of nannying experience with all ages. In my early years as a nanny, I began harnessing my ability to grow and acquire new tools by witnessing, experiencing, and selecting what techniques work in individual scenarios. My first live-in experience was as an au pair in Italy living and working with a family for two years! Over that time, I was able to support them as a family of three through to the addition of their second child. More recently, I had the privilege to spend three months with my brother's family as they welcomed their third child into the world. It was a joy to lean into their routine and help out wherever necessary; infant needs, meal-prepping, school drop-offs, park visits, etc. A strong bond between myself, the guardians, and child(ren) is always my goal. I have found this to be the key to success with all of my past work. I always ask for open communication so I may mould my techniques and style to each child and family's individual needs.
