My name is Noah, I am 18, and I have a good deal of experience when it comes to child care. In September 2019 I started working at Boys and Girls Club of Durham in one of their units in Oshawa. I worked at an after-school camp in which I would be responsible for looking after kids, planning games and activities as well as preparing snack. I have also done volunteer work for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Clarington where I performed similar duties. I have two younger brothers as well who I look after quite frequently. I have developed many skills through working with children which include patience, I have become more creative an open-minded, a good sense of humour, increased responsibility, and increased communication skills. I am able to cover numerous child care services including playing games, doing homework, doing crafts, cooking, dealing with accidents, cleaning, and I have full access to a car so I can drive children if needed. I absolutely love looking after children and I am willing and able to look after anyone, at anytime, and there are little to no restrictions to my availability. I am able to provide references if that is something that is needed.
