I travelled to Australia and New Zealand by myself for 6 months after high school to gain life experiences and independence. While I was there, I sometimes babysat my one year old niece which included cooking and light housekeeping. I’m a responsible, honest, and hard working person. I would love to spend my days working with children and coming up with new games, crafts and activities. For two summers during high school, I volunteered as a camp councillor helping grade 2 children learn to read and write better. I was in charge of activities and new learning ideas. I had a blast and I know the kids did too. I spent my childhood and teen years very involved in sports (hockey mostly 5 days a week). I am disciplined and a team player.
