About Me: Hello my name is Myah and I am looking for an ideally full time position starting as soon as possible and going until September or potentially longer. I am open to part time positions as well. A little about me... I am originally from Revelstoke BC and moved to Victoria after graduating to complete my bachelor of education degree through UVIC. I moved to Kelowna in December to complete my final practicum, which I am currently finishing up and will be a licences BC teacher in a few short weeks. With this being said, I have plenty of experience with children of all ages including the following: - I worked as an early childcare education assistant for 4 summers while I completed my degree. 1 summer was spent with children aged 3-5, 1 summer with infant/toddlers and the last 2 I was a day camp coordinator/leader for school aged children. - I was a nanny for a family with a 3.5 year old and 7 year old for about 6 months. - I am currently completing my 3 month practicum in a grade 1 classroom I have a love for children of all ages and am able to plan engaging, age appropriate activities both indoor and outdoor. I am also able to support children academically if needed.
