I am a mother of a 20 year old daughter. I raised my daughter as a single mom while working a full time job and eventually owning my salon and fitness businesses. I'm a very active individual and made sure when I raising my daughter that we had plans for the day and we enjoyed all activities. Since I am also a trainer and nutrition coach, we made healthy meals together and enjoy living a healthy lifestyle. My daughter will be 20 now and she is working as a teachers assistant, while on a waiting list for nursing school. She's embraced the health lifestyle, is very active and works out regularly. I can take more initiative if parents need more assistance. I don't mind doing light cleaning, doing food prep, taking kids to activities, helping with homework and more if needed. I love animals and have always had them around while my daughter was growing up. I don't mind caring for the animals along with the children. I am open to a discussion on what it is you need.
