Hi! My name is Micaela. I have just finished a 5-year double major at The University of Waterloo. I am currently adding on to my education with a Social Development Studies degree also through UW, but online from my home in Sault Ste. Marie. My online studies allow me to be flexible with my study times, meaning I have lots of time to work! I have instructed snowboarding for 6 seasons. This job has given me many experiences with the responsibility of children from ages 4 and up. I have also babysat consistently since the age of 14. Although I have childcare experience in multiple areas, being the eldest child of three has also given me an advantage compared to others. I love children, and I love helping so I think I would make a great addition to any family. I have gained lots of knowledge about children of all kinds through my university studies and am looking to get more real-life involvement. Due to my schooling being so flexible I can be available up to 40 hours per week.
