We met Melanie on this platform and have had her over to tend to our children three times now. We found her to be organized, self-initiated, and unflappable as my daughter made the adjustment to a new face. Melanie was age-appropriate in her play and sensitive to the needs of a toddler and a school-age - one of each gender. She was accurate about her abilities (what she said and what did was congruent) and timely in her responses after our initial contact. We would highly recommend her.
