I am a registered nurse, and registered teacher. I'm a Filipino, 34 years old, married with two kids (boy) 4 years old and (girl) 10 years old. I worked as Public Health Nurse in Rural Health Unit- Community-based Service for almost 9 years. I am responsible, flexible, hard-working,and honest person.
