Hi there! My name is Maria and my friends call me Amy. I'm 29 years old and I'm from Colombia. Currently I am studying for a Bachelor´s degree in Psychology from online. I started the Service Excellence For Business diploma. My classes are weekdays from 2:30pm to 6:30pm. I am a single mother of an 8 year old boy in Colombia whom I love very much, who is currently staying with my parents while I am in Canada studying in pursuit of a better life for me and my family. I spend most of my time with my son. I help him with his homework, play with him at the park, foster his creativity by creating stories and art with him, and teach him life values like gratitude and self-improvement. In 2015, I spent 5 months as an Au Pair in Germany taking care of a 1 year old girl. some of my duties include making breakfast and lunch, playing both indoors and outdoors. Working as a Management Assistant to the President at Hydrochem in Bogota, I was in charge of taking care of his teenage son with Autism. I was in charge of escorting and driving him to school and his extracurricular activities such as swimming lessons and soccer. I help him with homework, and his communication skills. On multiple occasions I stayed there overnight as caretaker.
