Hi Families! Let me introduce myself! I’m Maddy! I am a vibrant, fun and caring RECE. I have been working in the childcare field since 2017 officially, caring for children long before that. I am currently in good standing with the college of ECE. I have been a personal nanny for many families, on top of being a childcare centre supervisor and Educator. I have worked in different atmospheres and am flexible and able to accommodate any type of care system you implement within your home. I tend to lead with love and compassion first - I believe all children are competent and capable individuals when given the safe space to thrive. With this in mind, I am looking for families who are seeking occasional care.
