Having been a babysitter for over 15 years, I have cared for children aged newborn to teens. I am used to working with both large and small families and am no stranger to caring for three children plus their friends. I've been responsible for many tasks through the years including getting the children dressed and washed for the day/bedtime, changing diapers, preparing/serving meals, helping with homework/learning to read/potty training, driving/busing children to and from school/activities, tidying the family's home and, of course, entertaining the children throughout our time together; to name a few. Besides the usual activity of curling up together to enjoy a good movie or read a few good books, I also love playing games with the children, both inside and outside of the house, going for walks, playing in the park, baking cookies, painting nails, doing craft projects, drawing pictures, colouring, making sidewalk chalk pictures and any other activity that the child loves to do. As well, having been a member of Girl Guides of Canada for over 15 years, including being both a spark and brownie junior leader as well as a camp counselor at several brownie and guide camps, I have ample experience to keep your children safe and happy.
