I recently moved back to BC from London, UK after working as an Au Pair for two years. There, I worked with two different families where the children were between the ages of 7 and 13. I also babysat regularly for a 2 year old boy while the kids were at school. My experience with newborns does not involve official child care, but I gained a lot of experience as an Auntie to my niece who is now seven. I am quite bubbly and like to do a lot of activities with the children I care for, everything from days at the zoo to board-game marathons. My approach to childcare is usually to try and keep things as light and humorous as possible, and when needed, to use constructive conversations with the children to resolve any conflict.
