My work “career” began with childcare at the age of twelve when I became certified to babysit, from there, my love for children and their development has only grown. I’ve since become an aunt to a beautiful niece and nephew as well as being employed full time as a nanny. One of my experiences as a nanny involved working internationally with a family in Italy, that changed me as an individual in this role. Being a nanny in another culture with another language was definitely challenging, but the reward of overcoming every milestone was educational for me and the children, leaving us with an experience neither will forget. In addition to my experience with children, my love and interest for their development and safety is also of great passion. I studied both criminology and psychology in university and focused on youth and development in both areas. Overall, I believe my experience, qualifications and certifications would make me a great asset to your team, but as well for the children.
