Hello! My name is Luann and I am 19 years old. I am currently attending University and striving towards an undergraduate degree in Animal Biology. I love being around children and because of this I have accumulated many years of experience. It all started in elementary school, from grade 4 - 8, I volunteered to help the JK/SK teacher with her young students everyday on recess and lunch periods. I enjoyed this experience so much, in grade 9 and 10, I continued to volunteer for the before and after school program at my old school. Since this program included children ages 4-11, I was able to gain many skills on how to care for children of all ages. In addition to volunteering, I have gained direct babysitting skills through living with and helping to raise my 5 year old nephew. I was very involved in the raising of my nephew, from diapers to toilet trained, that I have gained the skills necessary to properly care for newborns to toddlers. Not only do I babysit my nephew but I also have experience in babysitting my cousins two girls ages two months and 6 years as well as another family with 2 girls aged 6 and 11 years old.
