Hello, my name is Louise and I'm a PhD student at UofO that does babysitting on the side. I have experience with child care for many years. First, I have more than 4 years of summer camp experience as a counsellor, with the addition to a 2 years training course. I have worked there with children as young as 6 and as old as 15 years old, providing not only attention and care but activities to keep them entertained and learning. I have also babysitting experience both for a community centre in Ottawa and for families (references available for both). I had the chance to take care of newborns, toddlers and young children in a variety of situations, from sick children to putting them to bed when the parents were out for a date night. I love working with children, spending time with them and bonding.
