I currently work as a personal support worker at a local nursing home in Peterborough and I am wanting to make the change to child care again. I have been babysitting since around the age of 12, and now have a background in the medical field to assure your child stays healthy and properly cared for. As much as I love caring for people I also love the great outdoors and there is so much to learn just from being outside and being off of the screens in which take up so much time in our days. I have a police check (can get an up to date one upon request), first aid/cpr level c training, WHMIS training, and gentle persuasive approach training used for aggressive behaviours by using calming techniques.
