Hello! I’m an energetic, fun, and reasonable young woman wanting to help families with childcare and tutoring this summer. I have been babysitting since my teenage years, worked at a summer camp during high school and university, worked as a registered nurse for over 11 years. I then switched gears and taught as a teacher on call (K-12 but primarily elementary) for one year. I am a registered nurse but am only working minimal hours this summer and would love to help the community/families in this way. I love being outside, fostering learning experientially, cooking/baking, doing crafts, and I am able to help with tutoring/fun educational activities to help keep your child engaged in learning during the summer. I especially love helping with reading skills, helping kids apply their critical thinking skills to solve challenges, and find their own inner creativity through art!
