I am 20 years old and have been trusted with various babysitting services since I was 17. I am a very reliable and trustworthy individual who loves working with children and creating fun environments for them to be comfortable and express their true selfs! Communicating feelings is very important, so that I can ensure the comfort of each individual child. Feelings will always be a priority to me, I understand that each child has their own unique individual needs, and so I always make sure to accommodate to meet every child’s needs. Growing up as the oldest daughter siblings all my life I was able to learn and adapt to each of my siblings different behaviours, and understand how each sibling responds to situations differently. One of my siblings having a disability, gave me the opportunity to learn and develop a very patient and understanding persona. I am able to understand his needs simply by observing his body language and behaviour, and tend to him. Overall, the safety of each and every child will always be top priority. Safety to me doesn't just mean physical- it expands to their emotional well being, their mental state, their comfort, and everything in between.
