I have worked with children for many years in employment and volunteer capacities. I started volunteering at a childcare program through my mother’s job. Then, I started working as a babysitter/nanny for 2 years. The children I worked with were toddlers, and the job consisted of pickup and drop off, cooking, putting to bed, and some housekeeping. My most recent employment in childcare is tutoring children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This job has given me the opportunity to work in a daycare environment, with multiple different types of people and personalities. Helping out others in need is a particular passion I have. I love creating a fun and open environment for all children to grow and learn.
