Hello! My name is Kendyll. I am a fourth year undergraduate student in the biopharmaceutical science program at uOttawa. I am 23 years old and currently reside in the Byward Market area. I have about six years of experience working with children with disabilities and over eight years of childcare (babysitting) experience. I have been living in Ottawa for 4 years and I am a native English speaker from Boston, Massachusetts. I have elementary Spanish language skills and limited sign language skills (but I am eager to learn!). I have a younger brother and numerous pets. I am American Red Cross lifeguard certified. I currently babysit for two lovely families in Ottawa. My experience in childcare is as follows: • family A: nannying during two summers- 7 year old girl, 9 year old girl, and 11 year old boy • family B: date night sitting- 18 month old girl, 6 year old girl, 9 year old boy, and a dog • family C: date night sitting- 7 year old girl my experience in working with children is as follows: • swimming lessons for preschool aged children • younger cousins • volunteer dance lesson instruction • working with children who have developmental disabilities
